Medium sized bunka-style knife. Blade is handforged out 15n20 steel. Despite this steel being used mostly as a contrast in damascus billets, due to its composition it is great as a kitchen blade material. The additional nickel provides for better acid resistance, which is good when cutting a lot of acidic food. Yet still it is advised to wash the knife and wipe it dry after use to prevent rusting (as you should do with all non-stainless steel knives). Handle is made of Zebrano Wood. Fitted with an oak saya to protect the knife inside its storage.
