Walnut Field Chef

A 180 mm field chef knife. Blade is handforged from 50HF steel, brut-de-forge finish. The knife has a fairly robust profile with a slightly convex grind which allows for various heavy duty tasks in the field. It could be called a bushcraft-kitchen knife. Still, the knife should be very pleasant to use and its size will make a perfect all-round knife. Ergonomic handle is very pleasant to grip and fantastic to use. Comes with a handmade leather sheath.
