Handcrafted Gyuto-styled chef knife. Made of 4h13 Stainless Steel hardened to 60 HRC. Handle is a traditional Wa handle, made of Wenge and Ash Wood with a Beech dowel. Blade profile although similar to a Gyuto, has a slightly larger belly (curvature) towards the tip which allows for a more pronounced rocking motion. This makes it perfect for chopping vegetables, herbs and daily meat preparation. Stainless steels allows for more maintenance-free user experience.
