Rosewood Petty Knife

A paring knife. Made of 80CrV2 Steel hardened to 60 HRC. Handle is simple, oval, yet comfortable. Made of beautiful Rosewood. Blade lenght and a profile makes it both perfect for precise cuts due to a fine tip, and some heavier jobs due to increased thickness at the height of a heel. You can use it to make a sandwich, peel an apple or separate meat from bones - it can do a lot. Choice is yours. 80CrV2 is a carbon steel and will rust, therefore it needs some minimal care and maintenance. Wash it and wipe dry after use. Forms a patina after some time.
