Kiridashi Bottle Opener

A handforged bottle opener but also a kiridashi styled knife! The material is 50HF (51CrV4) spring steel. A perfect combination of toughness and decent edge retention. Differentially tempered, hamon line can be seen about 1 cm from the cutting edge. Great for cracking open a cold one with your buddies at the barbecue while also slicing up the steak. Raw and rustic forged finish.
