Charred Walnut Serbian Knife

Medium sized Serbian knife. Blade is handforged out 80CrV2 steel. It's geometry allows to take care of every single heavy duty tasks in your kitchen. It will easily chop chicken bones, while also being able to process a ton of vegetables. The handle has a traditional octagonal geometry. It allows for a very nice and comfortable fit inside the hand. The wood has been charred and oiled to improve its water resistance. The blade is made of carbon steel, therefore it is important to wipe it dry after use to prevent rust.
