A paring knife. Made of 4h13 Stainless Steel hardened to 60 HRC. Handle is a simple and octagonal. Comfortable to grip. Blade lenght and a profile makes it both perfect for precise cuts due to a fine tip. You can use it to make a sandwich, peel an apple or separate meat from bones - it can do a lot. Choice is yours. 4h13 is stainless and doesn't require any maintenance except for sharpening.
