4h13 Wenge Chef

Medium sized chef knife. Blade is made out of 4h13 stainless steel by using the stock removal method on a pre-heat treated piece of steel. Handle is made out of Wenge with Brass fittings. Relatively thin blade, with a medium sized length and width, will make for a perfect all-around knife.
