Medium sized bunka-style knife. Blade is handforged out 15n20 steel. Despite this steel being used mostly as a contrast in damascus billets, due to its composition (see the Materials tab), it is great as a kitchen blade material. The additional nickel provides for better acid resistance, which is good when cutting a lot of acidic food. Yet still it is adviced to wash the knife and wipe it dry after use to prevent rusting (as you should do with all non-stainless steel knives). Handle is made out of Teak wood. The shape is similar to what would you find in Ray Mears styled bushcraft knives. It is very comfortable to use and fits the hand very well.
